Terms & Policies
Minimum Order Quantities:
- Initial orders: $150 minimum
- Reorders: $100 minimum
Payment Terms:
- Faire orders: Flexible payment options available through Faire
- Direct orders: Payment due at time of order (credit card or check)
Lead Time:
- In-stock items: Ships within 1-2 business days
- Made-to-order: 3-5 business days from order confirmation
Shipping:
- Actual shipping costs passed through to buyer
- Faire orders: Shipping handled through Faire platform
Returns:
- No returns on wholesale orders
- Defective products will be replaced within 30 days of receipt
- Damaged in transit must be reported within 5 business days of delivery with photos
